Capcom will unveil a brand-new Resident Evil Requiem trailer at Gamescom 2025 ahead of its February 27, 2026 release.
After surprising fans with the announcement of Resident Evil Requiem at Summer Game Fest 2025, Capcom is now ready to share more details about the highly anticipated title. The news was confirmed by Geoff Keighley, host of the Gamescom Opening Night Live, who revealed on his official X account that the game will receive an “exclusive look” during the show.
In practice, this means a brand-new trailer — potentially featuring gameplay and fresh story elements — will be shown during the official broadcast on August 19 at 3 PM (BRT).
Alongside Capcom, Gamescom 2025 will feature major industry players such as Xbox, Konami, Bandai Namco, SEGA, EA, Krafton, and more, setting the stage for a wave of announcements. Among them is the full reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
